Recipe: Chex Lemon Buddies

Chex Muddy Buddies are a childhood favorite of mine. These Lemon Buddies are a fun spin on that classic recipe.

First up, gather all of your ingredients from the kitchen or the grocery store:

This was my version after the “Pour mixture over cereal….” step.

I divided my mixture into two Ziploc bags because I wanted to get a better powdered sugar-coating, and it’s tougher with less “breathing room” in the bag. I also think this step is the most fun part of making the Buddies, so having to times to shake, shake, shake was good with me!

I laid mine out to dry a bit and then put them in airtight storage containers. The next day I put them in smaller snack bags for my teams at work.
